Conditions to apply for SYNDESMOS Events


  • Applications are made directly to the SYNDESMOS General Secretariat, using the application form provided on the SYNDESMOS website, or on request from the Secretariat. Only applications made using the standard form will be accepted.

  • Applications must be received on or before the application deadline, and are accepted on a fist-come first-served basis.

  • Priority of application will be given to participants who are recommended by their movements.

  • In case of potential participants under the age of 18, written parental permission is required.

  • All events require attendance for the entire length of the event.

  • Participants are required to follow the recommendations of the SYNDESMOS coordinator during any SYNDESMOS event
